"You're a hateful bigot!", "You're just taking revenge!", "You're acting out of hate, not love." …Of the thousands of emails and phone calls we are receiving, these statements are fairly common. If they were true, it would most certainly invalidate what we are doing.

"What? you're agreeing that you should stop?" Well, no.

Let me start by saying I can understand why you might think we're being hateful. If you fail to stop and look at what we really say, who we are, and how we act, then a first impression can very well be just that.

But do we hate? Are we bigots? Absolutely not. Not one of us here harbors any hatred toward any person or group of people, and you can see that if you listen to and read our words carefully. Our message is about Islam and not about a people or person.
To Christians, we say "stand up for truth", to non-Christians, we say "seek the truth, and find Jesus".
Love is expressed in different ways, and if you take a moment to think about it you'll see that. A parent does not always accept and tolerate what his child does. Sometimes what he does or says is wrong and it needs correction. If a parent corrects his child does that mean it's not love? of course not. There is a need to warn, there is a need to correct, and there is a need to speak the truth.
At this time there is a real need for Christians to stand for truth. True love is expressed when we speak the truth. Consider the words of Solomon:

"Wounds from a friend can be trusted,
        but an enemy multiplies kisses." (Proverbs 27:6 NIV)

Jesus offended people, and he did it in love. His mission was not to offend, but in speaking the truth he offended people so much that they killed him. Our mission is also not to offend, but to speak the truth. When money changers were in the temple, Jesus braided a whip and drove them out. Did he hate them? No. Was he showing his love for God and for the people? Absolutely. When we sin and offend God, then we are really in a dangerous place.

"Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth." (1 Corinthians 13:6 NIV)

Another commonly quoted passage is that we should "do unto others as we would have them do unto us". Very true. If someone you love is about to walk in front of a mack truck and be killed, I would very much like them to yell and scream and be as offensive as they need to be to get me to wake up and get out of the way! Islam is dangerous. It's dangerous to Muslims because it is teaching them that Jesus Christ is not the way, yet he is. Islam is dangerous to non-Muslims because Muhammad taught and practiced violence toward non-Muslims. Islam is kind of like that mack truck.

Please also note that our actions do not spring from fear or anger. We wish to speak the truth. Because we love Muslims, Christians, Atheists and everyone else, we want them to see and find the truth. You will find that truth in the Bible, the word of God.
The threat of radical Islam will be very real, regardless of our actions. Islam is radical at its most fundamental level, the Koran. Burning or not burning the Koran will not make that go away and the whole world needs desperately to see the truth.

1. Shock the world into focus

In a day and age where ideas are confined to 140 character tweets, the violence of modern films dulls our senses, and the attention of most is on the frivolous dribble of celebrity gossip, sports and weather, we all know how much it takes to grab our attention.

So, World, got your attention? Good, please read on.

2. Get people to start asking hard questions

Before World War II, nobody wanted to think that Hitler would really do what he was plotting. It was much more comfortable to think that there would never be another World War and that we had moved past that. Wouldn’t you like to go back to 1938 and issue some warnings that the man was serious?

So here are some questions I recommend you start asking:

• Is Islam really peaceful? (Hint: Surah 9 is chronologically one of the last things Muhammad said)
• What is Islam’s goal? (Hint: Look up Sahih Muslim Book 041, Number 6981)
• Is burning books really the right way to get this message out?
• immediately followed by, what is the right way? (and if you answered “just don’t say anything”, you have unfortunately answered incorrectly.)

3. Remind the world we still have freedom of speech

Amidst the capitulation of US generals, municipal fire departments, and various religious leaders, it seems appropriate to provide a reminder for those who are not too familiar with certain inalienable rights of Americans:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or Abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
    — United States Constitution, 1st amendment

Islam is incompatible with the 1st amendment. You are not allowed to leave Islam once you’re in. Suppression of free speech is standard in many Islamic countries, and even if it’s not done by law, when anyone speaks out against Islam they are immediately met with death threats, which causes most to back down. Even the Gainesville Fire Department has stepped in to aid the suppression of free speech by using an unconstitutional application of a burn permit.

4. Expose the truth

Pressure makes diamonds and fire purifies gold. Sometimes it takes undesirable means to get necessary results. Heat exposes things that are hidden:

"Paul gathered a pile of brushwood and, as he put it on the fire, a viper, driven out by the heat, fastened itself on his hand.  When the islanders saw the snake hanging from his hand, they said to each other, “This man must be a murderer; for though he escaped from the sea, Justice has not allowed him to live.”  But Paul shook the snake off into the fire and suffered no ill effects." (Acts 28:3–5 NIV)

CAIR, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, likes to paint a pretty picture of Islam, hiding its evils. If you are unfamiliar with Islam, here are some suggested google search terms: “Al-taqiyyah”, “dar al-harb”, “abrogation”, “verse of the sword”. While you’re at it, you could google “Terry Jones Arrested” and find out the depths to which CAIR is willing to stoop in order to prevent our message from getting out. They published a completely false (feel free to research it) story that Dr. Jones was arrested on charges of sharing child pornography. If lying were not aloud in Islam, I would be shocked, but as it stands, it’s just another day for Islam.

We are in fact commanded by Paul in the Bible to expose the darkness, a good example of which is exposing the violence and lies of Islam.

"Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.  For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret.  But everything exposed by the light becomes visible,
for it is light that makes everything visible. This is why it is said:  
    “Wake up, O sleeper,
        rise from the dead,
    and Christ will shine on you.”"
(Ephesians 5:11–14 NIV emphasis added)

5. Force the world into action

Do you think we’re wrong about Islam? Go and study Muhammad’s life after he left Mecca.

Do you agree that Islam is dangerous but think we’re going about it the wrong way? OK, so go and find your own way, but go and do something!

Do you think Christianity is wrong? Then go and study the Bible, study History, and seek the truth.

So if you’re all worked up about us burning the Koran, then the time for action is now. We don’t make this stuff up. The truth is out there, and the truth shall set us free.

Finally

Let's just make one thing clear. A small church, in a small town, down a back road, burning copies of its own books, on its own property, is not responsible for the violent actions anyone may take in retaliation to our protest. Remember, Paul did not make the snake, the fire drove it out and he was bitten. If violence happens in reaction to this, the violence was not caused by us, it has just been exposed.

On 9/11/10 we are burning Korans to raise awareness and warn. In a sense it is neither an act of love nor of hate. We see, as we state in the Ten Reasons below, that Islam is a danger. We are using this act to warn about the teaching and ideology of Islam, which we do hate as it is hateful. We do not hate any people, however. We love, as God loves, all the people in the world and we want them to come to a knowledge of the truth. To warn of danger and harm is a loving act. God is love and truth. If you know the truth it can set you free. The world is in bondage to the massive grip of the lies of Islam. These are:
One
The Koran teaches that Jesus Christ, the Crucified, Risen Son of God, King of Kings and Lord of Lords was NOT the Son of God, nor was he crucified (a well documented historical fact that ONLY Islam denies). This teaching removes the possibility of salvation and eternal life in heaven for all Islam's believers. They face eternal damnation in hell if they do not repent.
Two
The Koran does not have an eternal origin. It is not recorded in heaven. The Almighty God, Creator of the World, is NOT it's source. It is not holy. It's writings are human in origin, a concoction of old and new teachings. This has been stated and restated for centuries by scholars since Islam's beginnings, both Moslem and non-Moslem. 
Three
The Koran's teaching includes Arabian idolatry, paganism, rites and rituals. These are demonic, an ongoing satanic stronghold under which Moslems and the world suffer. 
Four
The earliest writings that are known to exist about the Prophet Mohammad were recorded 120 years after his death. All of the Islamic writings (the Koran and the Hadith, the biographies, the traditions and histories) are confused, contradictory and inconsistent. Maybe Mohammad never existed. We have no conclusive account about what he said or did. Yet Moslems follow the destructive teachings of Islam without question. 
Five
Mohammad's life and message cannot be respected. The first Meccan period of his leadership seems to have been religiously motivated and a search for the truth. But in the second Medina period he was "corrupted by power and worldly ambitions." (Ibn Warraq) These are characteristics that God hates. They also led to political assassinations and massacres which continue to be carried out on a regular basis by his followers today.  
Six
Islamic Law is totalitarian in nature. There is no separation of church and state. It is irrational. It is supposedly immutable and cannot be changed. It must be accepted without criticism. It has many similarities to Nazism, Communism and Fascism. It is not compatible with Western Civilization. 
Seven
Islam is not compatible with democracy and human rights. The notion of a moral individual capable of making decisions and taking responsibility for them does not exist in Islam. The attitude towards women in Islam as inferior possessions of men has led to countless cases of mistreatment and abuse for which Moslem men receive little or no punishment, and in many cases are encouraged to commit such acts, and are even praised for them. This is a direct fruit of the teachings of the Koran. 
Eight
A Muslim does not have the right to change his religion. Apostasy is punishable by death. 
Nine
Deep in the Islamic teaching and culture is the irrational fear and loathing of the West. 
Ten
Islam is a weapon of Arab imperialism and Islamic colonialism. Wherever Islam has or gains political power, Christians, Jews and all non-Moslems receive persecution, discrimination, are forced to convert. There are massacres and churches, synagogues, temples and other places of worship are destroyed.

     18Many also of those who were now believers came making full confession and thoroughly exposing their [former deceptive and evil] practices.
    19And many of those who had practiced curious, magical arts collected their books and [throwing them, book after book, on the pile] burned them in the sight of everybody. When they counted the value of them, they found it amounted to 50,000 pieces of silver (about $9,300).
    20Thus the Word of the Lord [concerning the attainment through Christ of eternal salvation in the kingdom of God] grew and spread and intensified, prevailing mightily.

Like the Christians in Acts 19, we are publicly burning a book that is demonic. Many of our greatest supporters are ex-Moslems. They know these evils first hand. We are not, like the Nazis, stealing books, destroying properties or harming any people. We are not Nazis nor are we like Nazis. The Christians in Acts 19 did not go on from their scroll burning to harm anyone. They used the public burning as an opportunity, a demonstration to preach the truth. Only to preach and leave the decision of whether to follow the truth or not. 
Do not forget POINT SIX. Islam (not us) is totalitarian in nature, like Nazism, Communism, and Fascism. This evil nature of Islam needs to be seen. Moslems around the world burn and kill on a regular basis, every week, properties and people. All you have to do is follow the news. The many death threats we are receiving, the warnings about terror attacks also prove our point. Do Christians make these threats when Bibles or churches are burned? No.
We have fallen asleep since 9/11/01 and have been hoodwinked by the growth of a (for now) non violent Islam. Shall we give in to threats, then, and allow Islam to grow in America unopposed? We at Dove World Outreach Center will not, even if it costs us our lives. For those who support us, we say thank you for standing with us in courage. For those who oppose us, we say wake up and do not give in to the fear and lies!

Some more thoughts:
Are there other dangers and evils in the world? Of course. There are many we could and do address, but at this time we have a vision and a call to confront this great danger. Are there a lot of reasons NOT to do what we are doing? Yes, people have written and called with many reasons. I am sure the great men and women of faith in Hebrews 11 heard and thought of many reasons not to follow God’s word. But they followed God’s word. 
“Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.” Hebrews 11:1
We are sure that the world needs to see this warning about the teachings of Islam at this time, in this way. We are certain of God’s plan for us here and now. 

For those that argue that we are not qualified to make the assertions about Islam that we do, this is ridiculous. We know what the Bible says about evil and the devil’s work and plans. Islam and the Koran clearly discredits itself. What we say about Islam has been said by many others. We may be the only organization burning Korans, but we are not alone in stating the Ten Reasons why the Koran is dangerous. 

We follow the work of many men and women of courage who are also putting their lives at risk to expose the evils of Islam. Islam simply hates public criticism, whether your burn Korans or not. Some are ex-Moslems, now Christian: Walid Shoebat, Nonie Darwish, Mosab Hassan Yousef, Nabil Quereshi, Simon Deng. Other ex-Moslems are: Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Wafa Sultan, Ibn Warraq, Brigitte Gabriel. Then there are many Christians, Jews and atheists writing, speaking and publishing on websites: Geert Wilders, Mark Steyn, Norman Podhoretz, Chris Logan, David Wood, Robert Spencer, Pamella Geller, Bill Warner, David Horowitz, Daniel Greenfield, thereligionofpeace.com, Creeping Sharia, Answering Islam, Acts 17 Apologetics, and many more.

The Brutal & Inhumane Islamic Law is Totally Against Our Constitution

The Builder of the Ground Zero Mosque Wants to Apply this Islamic Law!

The New York Times mentioned on August 22, 2010 that not just the Taliban stones adulterers, but also Saudi Arabian, Iranian, Pakistani, Sudanese, Somalian and even Nigerian Muslims: Why? Because, this simply is Islamic Sharia Law. In front of me now is a book called “The Ordained Penalties of the Sharia Law,” written by The most prominent and influential Islamic University, Al-AZhar of Egypt. This book is distributed to all of the Islamic Mosques in the United States. It says on pages 9 and 25 that adultery should be punished by stoning to death. Mohammad himself stoned men and women by his own hands. The Taliban are not extremists, but rather are genuine in that they want to apply Islamic Law.
Mr. -Rauof, the builder of the Ground Zero Mosque, wants to apply Islamic Law. What is this law all about? What is literally included in this book written by Al-AZhar?
Yes indeed, American people should know the mere facts, that the top Islamic universities confess that genuine Islam:
    •    Is not peaceful at all and rejects freedom of religious and human rights.
    •    Degrades & dehumanizes women, and discriminates and persecutes Jews and Christians.
All the Muslim scholars openly confirm that their “prophet” Mohammad said:
    1.    I was ordered by God to fight all people until they say that I am his messenger. If they say that I am not, allowed to shed their blood, seize their property, and capture their women.
    2.    If any Muslim converts to become a Christian or a Jew, he should be killed (Law of Apostasy).
    3.    If anyone steals even an egg, his hand should be cut off (Law of Theft).
    4.    If anyone drinks any alcohol, he should be flogged with 40 lashes.
    5.    Only the blood of Muslims is made equal. Consequently, if any Muslim kills one of another faith he will be required only to pay money to the family, but not be killed. However, the penalty for killing another Muslim is death.
    6.    Hang the whip where your wives can see it. (According to Al-Zomokhshori, in his popular book “The Revealer,” while explaining the Quran, Sura 4:34).
    7.    A wife is considered to be a slave to her husband.see AL Gazyia volume5,.and he said that all Muhammad friends including Omar his second successor,confirmed what Muhammad said.

Note: It is well-known that Mohammad not only owned slaves, but was a slave trader in the market of Mecca, especially after he became a “prophet.” (According to Al Gawzyyia in his book Zad Al-Miad, page 160, part 1).
He said also that He bought more than He sold, and he like all his friends had Female slaves for sex.

Egypt – Al-AZhar University
In page 30 of the above mentioned book, the “prophet” Mohammad said that anyone who runs away from Islam should be killed, whether they adopted another faith or not. A woman called Um Marawan renounced Islam. Mohammad ordered that if she failed to repent, that she should be put to death. All of Mohammad’s successors continued this practice. It is well-known that the first successor killed thousands of Arabs who renounced Islam after Mohammad’s death. All Junior High students study this War of Apostasy with pride.
Saudi Arabia – Islamic University
In 1974 A.D. the Muslim professor Ibn baz wrote a book to threaten the former president of Tunisia, Borkeba, as an apostate (one who renounces Islam) because he said that the Quran is filled with a lot of contradictions and fictional stories. Borkeba also degraded Muhammad and prohibited polygamy.
Kuwait and The Qatar Islamic University
The Muslim scholar Dr. Ahmad of Qatar said boldly and literally in the book “Individual Guarantee in Islamic Law” that we reject the United Nation’s Article 18 pertaining to Human Rights which states that anyone has the right to change his or her religion because Islam does not acknowledge this type of freedom.
Also see the weekly Kuwaiti magazine “Islamic Society,” April 17, 1989 – Dr. Jabir.who confirmed that.
If you are looking for more references, search “The Law of Apostasy Must Change,” a book by Reverend Bassam Madany, and also an article in The New York Times, May 12, 2008, about President Obama, titled, “The Apostate President.” The article stated that according to Islamic Sharia Law, any Muslim country may not punish any individual who tries to kill President Obama because he was raised as a Muslim.
No Compulsion in Religion – What Does This Verse Mean?
In his popular volume “Al Muhalla,” Ibn Hazm said in volume 8, part 2, that any Christian or Jew is free to be a Muslim or not. There is no compulsion. If He became Muslim, then he is not free anymore to renounce Islam, otherwise he should be killed. He also added on page 196, that is truly related to us, that Mohammad used to force the Pagan Arabs to embrace Islam or be killed. AL-Shaeawy of Egypt said the same.
Another very popular Muslim scholar, Al Shafi in his book “The Ordinance of Quran,” part 2, page 50, stated that Mohammad used to capture and kill Jews and Christians until some of them were forced to be Muslims and he imposed large taxes and humiliation on the others .
Our Religion is Not Peaceful
A very honest confession from one of the top contemporary Muslim scholars Dr. Al-Buti in his frequently printed book “Jurisprudence of the Mohammad Biography,” in the English edition, 1988, page 73. He says, “It is a wrong statement to say that Islam is a peaceful and loving religion. ”I hope Obama, Bush, Bloomberg, And Ron paul, and MR Ellison will learn. In the same book he keeps repeating that, “The jihad and the holy war in Islam is basically offensive, not defensive, to expand the religion because Mohammad said I was ordered by God to fight all people.” Actually that is what has happened in history.
What About the Verses of Peace in the Quran?
In his very popular book “Exactness-Itqan in Quaranic Science,” part 3, pages 61 – 69, Imam Al-Suyiti himself said that the verses of peace in the Quran issued first in Mecca when Muslims were few and weak but when they became strong in Medina they were ordered to fight and all these verses were abolished “abrogated” and replaced by the verses of the sword!!
Islamic Law of Theft
In “The Ordained Penalty of Sharia,” page 5, the author said upon the first offense that the right hand should be amputated. Upon the second offense, the left foot should be amputated. All of this is according to the Quran, Sura 5:38.
Mohammad used to hang the amputated hand on the thief’s neck and make him walk around the city as it is written in the book “Zad Al Miad-Gawzyaa,” volume 5.pages 52-56 Library Al Minara Al Islamyia.
About Beating the Wife
In his book “You Ask and Islam Answers,” page 94, the Muslim scholar Mushtahari commented on Sura 4:34 about beating the wife. He said that many wives are the sort of woman who need punishment and beating to bring them back to their senses. Dr. Ahmad of Qatar Islamic University in his above-mentioned book “Individual Guarantee” also agrees with this statement.No wonder that Liberal Muslim women ptotest as Taslima Nasrin in her popular NOVEL,SHAME. Of course escaped Bagladish to avoid Death.

About women in general, Mohammad said also that they have a deficiency in their mind and they are the cause of an evil omen and have crooked character.and most of the people that are going to hell are women. (Listed in the book “Bukhari,” volume 7 in English Edition also thanks).
Tolerance Verses Intolerance
We should definitely have love and tolerance to all peace-loving Muslims, but the Inhumane Islamic Sharia Law is very intolerant toward human rights and woman, and it breaks our federal law and Constitution which honor women and the freedom of religion. We should have intolerance to the religion of Islam. Before building the Ground Zero Mosque or any other Mosque in our Land, they should renounce not promote! the Sharia Law which mandates the killing of anyone who renounces Islam, stoning the adulterer, flogging the beer drinker, or cutting the hand off the thief if he steals even an egg!!. We cannot tolerate genuine Islam, never ever period. And the Muslim terrorist are genuine Muslim want to obey their Prophet ,Quran ,and all Muslim scholars without exception.,as we have seen already.
If Mr Raouf or Kenith Ellison Cogressman of Minnesota want Sharia Islamic Law, they should go to Saudi Arabia, but in this case their wives cannot drive a car.

The Shocking Dhimmitude of Gainesville, Florida

Let's learn a new word on the first day of school, shall we? Of course all of Gainesville, Florida knows the phrases: Islam is of the Devil and International Burn a Koran Day. Why is this good? Because we are trying to get them and the rest of America to stop being dhimmwits.

The Word

Bat Yeor's definition:
"As for the concept of dhimmitude, it represents a behavior dictated by fear (terrorism), pacifism when aggressed, rather than resistance, servility because of cowardice and vulnerability. The origin of this concept is to be found in the condition of the Infidel people who submit to the Islamic rule without fighting in order to avoid the onslaught of jihad. By their peaceful surrender to the Islamic army, they obtained the security for their life, belongings and religion, but they had to accept a condition of inferiority, spoliation and humiliation. As they were forbidden to possess weapons and give testimony against a Muslim, they were put in a position of vulnerability and humility."

Bernard Lewis, Professor Emeritus of Near Eastern Studies at Princeton University, states that
"If we look at the considerable literature available about the position of Jews in the Islamic world, we find two well-established myths. One is the story of a golden age of equality, of mutual respect and cooperation, especially but not exclusively in Moorish Spain; the other is of “dhimmi”-tude, of subservience and persecution and ill treatment. Both are myths. Like many myths, both contain significant elements of truth, and the historic truth is in its usual place, somewhere in the middle between the extremes."

Robert Spencer author of The Myth of Islamic Tolerance defines dhimmitude as:
Dhimmitude is the status that Islamic law, the Sharia, mandates for non-Muslims, primarily Jews and Christians. Dhimmis, “protected” or “guilty” people, are free to practice their religion in a Sharia regime, but are made subject to a number of humiliating regulations designed to enforce the Qur'an's command that they "feel themselves subdued" (Sura 9:29). This denial of equality of rights and dignity remains part of the Sharia, and, as such, are part of the legal superstructure that global jihadists are laboring through violence to restore everywhere in the Islamic world, and wish ultimately to impose on the entire human race.

Case in point, the reaction of Gainesville, Florida to our "Islam is of the Devil" sign and protests. The denial of the Burn Permit is the latest in a series of behaviors "dictated by fear (terrorism), pacifism when aggressed, rather than resistance, servility because of cowardice and vulnerability."
Christian churches here have been scrambling to distance themselves from us, some even denying the central truths of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in order to stand by people of other faiths and say all is well: COEXIST. There are many paths to God! We may have more 'coexist' bumper stickers in this City than anywhere else per capita. Please pay attention to the fact that the crescent is the C and the Cross is stuck at the end. Dhimmiitude!
Christians have been protesting against our street preaching and peaceful protests, as if evangelism were not a part of our faith anymore, and now a large church is holding a gathering for 'hope' with other faiths on September 10. The only reason we can think of for such a meeting is to try to placate the Moslems who may well be serious about violence. Rest assured, Moslems, you seem to have already won with the Gainesville churches. They are holding their hands high: don't shoot! I am a dhimmi.
The Alachua County School board has mandated school uniforms this year for the first time in history. This is because they handled the whole T-Shirt incident of last August so poorly that the ACLU came to our defense and is helping us sue them. Several of our students wore T-Shirts that read ISLAM IS OF THE DEVIL. The case is still working is way through the legal process, but the kids are stuck with the uniforms. (See our In the News section for more on that.)
Oh, but they can wear the official school T-Shirts which just have the name of the school on it. However, dhimmi Westwood Middle School decided to put peace signs in their Os. To a Christian that is recognized as a blatantly anti-Christian symbol, a broken upside down Cross. So no mention of the evils of Islam anymore, but they can break their own regulations and use peace symbols, to get back at us for messing things up with our T-Shirts last year, we suppose.
The local media is an interseting study for dhimmitude. Especially the Gainesville Sun. They went out of their way to give long detailed coverage of what all our opposition had to say, slanderous accustaions with no proof to back them, and the long School Board meeting where the community spoke and spoke about Islam being so peaceful and wonderful. Interviews with us have often been misquoted or ignored. Of course, owned by the New York Times they represent the left in all its might, but one cannot help feeling sick about the lack of journalistic integrity at times. We give a much higher mark to TV 20 and the Alligator in this area, but we have been a problem for them too. Understandably, I suppose, for organizations funded by a City that is angry with us. 
In the spring this year, our mortgage was called in without warning. Although we have been their client for many years, in perfectly good standing, RBC Bank demanded that we repay $140,000 in 60 days.  RBC Bank gave no reason for their demand, but they are headquartered in Raleigh, N.C. North Carolina has a strong Muslim presence including state senator Larry Shaw who is also the chairman of the terror-linked Muslim group CAIR – an unindicted co-conspirator to the largest Islamic terror financing conviction in the U.S. It is part of the RBC Canada family that has entered into Islamic Sharia financing in recent years.
Our church is certainly not Sharia compliant. Banks that offer Sharia Finance prefer only to do business with Sharia compliant clients. What does this mean for the future of America’s churches and businesses that do not please the growing Moslem population? Some examples would be selling pork or alcohol - not allowed under Sharia. We managed to fight for a year’s extension, but now dhimmi Cottons All Lines Insurance has sent notice of a cancelation of our insurance.
Then there is the Burn Permit. When we first applied for it, there was no problem. Now the City Council has voted to deny it, even though it is our 1st Ammendment Right. Here is Dr Jones' recent statement to the media about this decision:

We are not surprised. It is a typical example of how government bows to pressure. We met with the Fire Marshal and agreed to all their stipulations. There was no legal reason to turn us down. It was strictly a political move. We will on 9/11 still burn Korans.

So the world wants to know: Who are you people? That’s what we are asking you. Who are you? 
In Joshua, Chapter 5, the Angel of the Lord, with sword drawn meets Joshua just before the battle of Jericho. Joshua challenges the Angel. "Are you for us or for our enemies?"
"Neither," he replied, "but as commander of the army of the LORD I have now come." (verse 13,14) Joshua realizes his mistake. What the commander cared about was whose side was Joshua on? Jericho could have been spared if they had not rejected God and his people. 
So on the one hand, it is not relevant who we are. However, who we are now is a challenge to the whole world.
Dove World Outreach Center is a Christian organization located in Gainesville, Florida. We do not have a formal membership roster, but currently have about 50 members. It has always been, and now is even more so, a place led by strong leaders who are not afraid to speak the truth and to courageously stand by their convictions. We have lived and traveled around the world and have many years of experience in Christian ministry as Pastors and teachers, in evangelism, in caring generously for people in need, and in running small businesses that support the ministry. We live simply, work hard, and have a deep respect for the Bible, the Word of God. We are forever humbled and thankful that Jesus, the Son of God, died on the Cross for our sins. We believe that speaking the truth boldly outside the church walls is God’s call on the Christian church today. 
Much of our ministry experience has been in Europe where we worked among many types of people, including Moslems, leading many to Christ. We have watched with dismay the decline of Christianity over the last four decades in Europe and now also in America, along with the global rise of Islam and its impact on the West. Europe has already lost freedom of speech on this subject, but we still have some room and time here in America to raise awareness and warn. 
Moslems are fond of debate and discussion. They do not appreciate the fact that usually we simply preach. But we follow what they teach, say and do. They are open and aggressive with their beliefs and propaganda, and news reports around the world are full of the fruit of Islam: lies, violence and oppression. 
We also follow the work of many men and women of courage who are putting their lives at risk to expose the evils of Islam, though their styles and methods differ from ours. Some are ex-Moslems, now Christian: Walid Shoebat, Nonie Darwish, Mosab Hassan Yousef, Nabil Quereshi, Simon Deng. Other ex-Moslems are: Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Wafa Sultan, Ibn Warraq, Brigitte Gabriel. Then there are many Christians, Jews and atheists writing, speaking and publishing on websites: Geert Wilders, Mark Steyn, Norman Podhoretz, Chris Logan, David Wood, Robert Spencer, Pamella Geller, Bill Warner, David Horowitz, Daniel Greenfield, thereligionofpeace.com, Creeping Sharia, Answering Islam, Acts 17 Apologetics, and many more.
From my vantage point as assistant leadership in various roles at Dove World Outreach Center, I have watched many people come and go over the years.  A bold message of repentance and righteousness is initially attractive to many but is not popular over the long haul. This is not a church where you sit and receive for long. You are challenged to give and serve, to love God with all your heart and pay the price for that. Many professed to being called to the vision and the place, but when the going got tough...
Now that we are outspoken about Islam, we may literally be paying with our lives. But we know Christians all over the world suffer and die for their faith, especially in Islamic countries. And little is said or done in their defense. Why should our lives be more valuable than theirs? We can also make an impact now on the world our grandchildren will live in. 
The accusation hungry media has recently republished old criticisms of the Senior Pastors from vocal former members of the church. I have my doubts that any of these individuals would be willing to step forward and have their lives and conduct publicly scrutinized, as have Dr Terry and Sylvia Jones. This is the cost of bold Christian leadership today. I also know that the claims of these accusers are groundless. There has been no fraud, tax evasion or abuse. All the leaders of this organization are men and women of integrity who conduct their lives with the highest moral and ethical standards. The question that any of us may be doing this for personal gain is the most absurd. We have a lot of enemies. 
Jesus told his disciples that they would be hated for his sake, and that even families would be divided. Christians throughout history have experienced this truth, especially when they were not willing to compromise their faith to please men and ‘save’ their own lives through a false peace. In Christianity today there are surprisingly few leaders with his conviction. We are calling them to take a stand. 
There can be no compromise with the devil. Moslems we love and care for, but Islam is plain evil. The Koran cannot be respected or revered, nor should it be. We are fully within our Constitutional right to burn Korans here in America on our own property. The FBI and Police have come by to warn us of threats and danger, and to suggest that we not hold the event, however they confirm our right to do so, and said they knew we would not back down.  
The reaction to this plan is daily evidence that the stronghold of Islam has gripped the world with fear and anger. This is not coming from us. It is in the hearts and minds of the world. Moslems claim that Allah will protect his book. We aim to demonstrate to the world what Allah is - a false God.  
One closing thought: we do serve the God of Elijah. You?

Elijah on Mount Carmel (1 Kings 18)
 16 So Obadiah went to meet Ahab and told him, and Ahab went to meet Elijah. 17 When he saw Elijah, he said to him, "Is that you, you troubler of Israel?"
 18 "I have not made trouble for Israel," Elijah replied. "But you and your father's family have. You have abandoned the LORD's commands and have followed the Baals. 19 Now summon the people from all over Israel to meet me on Mount Carmel. And bring the four hundred and fifty prophets of Baal and the four hundred prophets of Asherah, who eat at Jezebel's table."
 20 So Ahab sent word throughout all Israel and assembled the prophets on Mount Carmel. 21 Elijah went before the people and said, "How long will you waver between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow him; but if Baal is God, follow him."
      But the people said nothing.
 22 Then Elijah said to them, "I am the only one of the LORD's prophets left, but Baal has four hundred and fifty prophets. 23 Get two bulls for us. Let them choose one for themselves, and let them cut it into pieces and put it on the wood but not set fire to it. I will prepare the other bull and put it on the wood but not set fire to it. 24 Then you call on the name of your god, and I will call on the name of the LORD. The god who answers by fire—he is God."
      Then all the people said, "What you say is good."
 25 Elijah said to the prophets of Baal, "Choose one of the bulls and prepare it first, since there are so many of you. Call on the name of your god, but do not light the fire." 26 So they took the bull given them and prepared it.
      Then they called on the name of Baal from morning till noon. "O Baal, answer us!" they shouted. But there was no response; no one answered. And they danced around the altar they had made.
 27 At noon Elijah began to taunt them. "Shout louder!" he said. "Surely he is a god! Perhaps he is deep in thought, or busy, or traveling. Maybe he is sleeping and must be awakened." 28 So they shouted louder and slashed themselves with swords and spears, as was their custom, until their blood flowed. 29 Midday passed, and they continued their frantic prophesying until the time for the evening sacrifice. But there was no response, no one answered, no one paid attention.
 30 Then Elijah said to all the people, "Come here to me." They came to him, and he repaired the altar of the LORD, which was in ruins. 31 Elijah took twelve stones, one for each of the tribes descended from Jacob, to whom the word of the LORD had come, saying, "Your name shall be Israel." 32 With the stones he built an altar in the name of the LORD, and he dug a trench around it large enough to hold two seahs [a] of seed. 33 He arranged the wood, cut the bull into pieces and laid it on the wood. Then he said to them, "Fill four large jars with water and pour it on the offering and on the wood."
 34 "Do it again," he said, and they did it again.
      "Do it a third time," he ordered, and they did it the third time. 35 The water ran down around the altar and even filled the trench.
 36 At the time of sacrifice, the prophet Elijah stepped forward and prayed: "O LORD, God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, let it be known today that you are God in Israel and that I am your servant and have done all these things at your command. 37 Answer me, O LORD, answer me, so these people will know that you, O LORD, are God, and that you are turning their hearts back again."
 38 Then the fire of the LORD fell and burned up the sacrifice, the wood, the stones and the soil, and also licked up the water in the trench.
 39 When all the people saw this, they fell prostrate and cried, "The LORD -he is God! The LORD -he is God!"

Islam is of the Devil signs vandalized

Last night one of our signs was vandalized. This is private property and vandalism is a crime here in America. In Islam, many actions that we consider to be crimes are encouraged, condoned or sheltered under Islamic teaching and practice, though. Another reason to burn a Koran. The signs have been in front of the church for a year. They are made of sturdy plywood and the missing sign will be replaced.


Who dun it?


Free speech is hated by homosexuals and they do not like to hear the truth about their perverted lifestyle. We are protesting our openly homosexual Mayor Aug 2. Maybe they did it, (not the Mayor himself, surely) but the more likely trigger for this attack is the burn a Koran Day plan. 


Free speech is not Sharia compliant, and the Moslem Mafia (CAIR) is openly opposed to our signs and message. But this is America and we have the law on our side. The police defend us and our rights, the Fire Department have no problem with our having a bonfire on 9/11, and we will not be silenced.

Reasons to Protest Islamic Centers and Mosques

We have been protesting Islam with sings and T-Shirts in public places for a year now. This Monday, July 5, we will be standing in protest outside the Islamic Center on University Avenue in Gainesville, Florida.


Islam is of the Devil for many reasons.


In a recent Braveheart Show on Youtube, Dr Terry Jones explains our stand:


There is only one way to heaven, through Jesus. There is only one true religion, and that is Christianity. There is only one true book, and that is the Bible. True, there is freedom of religion in America, but not under Islamic law.


Islam is a totalitarian form of government, ruled by Sharia Law. It is not only a religion. It has its own constitution, its own set of laws.


There is no such thing as moderate Islam. There is no such thing as peaceful Islam. There are moderate or peaceful Moslems, but there is no peaceful Islam or moderate Islam, because you cannot separate Islam from Islamic Law, and Islamic law calls for violence, jihad, war, hates Israel, hates Christians. So there is no such thing as the "good old Islam down the road." Their desire is to rule, reign, take over.


What do we need to do in the United States?


Stop all Islamic immigration. They are only coming to this country to take over and try to enforce and force their Islamic laws upon us, through population growth, political means, educational means. In Europe they have already done it. In the United States they are trying to get Sharia Courts that would judge outside of our Constitution, that would allow things like wife beating and honor killings to be OK.


Demand that all Moslems that are here must adapt to our values, that they become Americans. If they want to stay Moslems, with their culture, their Islamic law, then they can stay in Moslem dominated countries. The United States is a melting pot. You come here, you become an American, you speak English, you adapt to our values, our Constitution, our way of life. They should be made to sign a legal, binding document, pledging allegiance, like you do when you become a United States Citizen, to their new home, the United States of America.


If they commit any criminal acts and they are not nationalized citizens, we should deport them. We should send them back to their country. They have a passport, they are here because of our good grace. If they commit crimes, plot terrorism, that is where our grace ends and they get sent back.


We should stop, immediately, the building of all mosques in America until they allow us to build churches in Saudi Arabia, until we can build churches in Iran, Iraq, in countries that are dominated by Islam. They will not let us do that. There is no freedom there. Why should we let them come here and abuse our freedom? Basically, take our freedom and turn it against us? Use our legal system, use it as a weapon against us? No new mosques should be built until we are able to evangelize there, build churches there, until we also have that type of freedom in that country.


We must close all Islamic schools. They are not beacons of education. They are not there, like our schools, teaching reading, writing and arithmetic, history. They indoctrinate the young people, not in religion, (that would be OK: we have in America freedom of religion) but in Sharia Law. We must not forget, Sharia Law calls for the death of homosexuals, the death of adulterers, inhumane punishment of criminals.


We must, as soon as we can, according to our political system, democracy, republic, as soon as we can vote again, we must remove all weak leadership. Weak leadership will destroy a nation, because if our leaders do not lead, then somebody, something else will lead us, and right now we are not being led by God and godly principles.






In the video linked here at faithfreedom.org, Wafa Sultan talks about the criminal trial of Geert Wilders. Neither she nor Geert Wilders are Christians, but their concerns for the preservation of Judeo-Christian freedoms in Europe and America are the same concerns we have. Mrs Sultan points out that Moslems themselves are both “oppressed and oppressive.” She is fighting for Moslems, not against them, and so are we.


We do not hate Moslems or wish them harm. On the contrary, we long for their freedom. They have been deceived by a false religion, a false prophet, and are trapped under a heavy demonic bondage. Mrs Sultan would not express it in those terms, but we see this as both a spiritual and political fight, one in which millions of lives and souls are at stake.


There is a growing movement around the world of groups and individuals who are trying to raise awareness about the teachings of Islam and the plans and goals of Islamic leaders around the world. They are politicians, academics and religious leaders, Christians and non-Christians. We are the only Christian church in the world that has taken such a bold stand for our faith and freedoms against Islam. This may only be possible now in America, and we may not have this freedom for long if more do not join us.


The American government and media are largely silent on these issues or are sympathetic to Islam. This may be because of simple ignorance, but there is mounting evidence that financial, political and social pressure is being applied by Moslems here and abroad to silence discussion of the true nature and intent of Islam, and to push for Sharia law and Sharia compliance to be accepted.


Mrs Sultan calls the teaching of Islam in the West ‘sugar coated.’ The literal Islamic classical Arabic Koran and the accounts of the life of Mohammad, are not translated accurately. Nor should they be, according to Moslems, as this would be sacrilege. Yet scholars of classical Arabic, like Wafa Sultan and many other former Moslems and Arabic speaking non-Moslems, do have freedom to accurately translate and comment on Moslem teachings, culture and society.


The result of this willful deception, we can now see, is a rise in conversions to Islam and of sympathy and appeasement toward Islamic peoples and states. I have outlined my concerns for Moslem women in this video on Truthtube. Youtube took it to be slander and removed it from my account there, but the harsh and often brutal realities that face Moslem women everyday are not made clear to potential converts. And somehow the rights of Moslem women are not being championed sufficiently.


So we see a need to do ‘something.’ We have heard so many objections to our work and stand, which all amount to the same thing: put your light under a bushel, suppress the truth, hide in your church again, shut up!


If you are one of these people, you have a problem. We are Christians and we are Americans. In the world today, there is no other combination of faith and nation that hands you so much freedom, the last bastion of truth in these end times.


If you agree with some or all of our stand, then join us, stand with us, support us. Let us take the hits that come from standing on the 'front line' if you can't, but do something. Every kind of support we receive is welcome.
